Healing from Within: Nurturing Self-Compassion Through Mantra Meditation

We are so excited to have guest host Hannah Campbell, LICSW lead today's Energy Elevator, a loving kindness mantra meditation. Loving-kindness meditation, also known as Metta meditation, has been practiced for centuries to foster feelings of goodwill and empathy towards oneself and others. Through regular practice, this meditation technique can help dissolve barriers of resentment, judgment, and negativity, fostering a deep sense of connection and understanding within yourself and the world around you.
